荆门上清丸(简称上清丸,下同)由儿茶、麝香、薄荷、荆芥、桔梗、梅片、硼砂、豆根、黄连、甘草等十味药物组成,临床用以治疗头晕、头痛及口舌咽喉炎症,效果较好.本文对其药理作用进行了初步研究。实验材料上清丸由荆门制药厂供给.制成两种剂型,混悬液用0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠配成;醇提物用自备50%乙醇回流两次,回收乙醇,浓缩 Jingmen Shangqing Pills (abbreviated as Shangqing Pills, the same below) consists of ten flavors of catechu, musk, menthol, Nepeta, Campanulaceae, plum, borax, bean root, berberine, and licorice. They are used to treat dizziness, headaches, and mouth flaps. Throat inflammation, the effect is better. The pharmacological effects of this study were preliminary studied. The experimental material Shangqing Wan was supplied by Jingmen Pharmaceutical Factory and made into two dosage forms. The suspension was made up with 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose; the ethanol extract was refluxed twice with 50% ethanol, and the ethanol was recovered and concentrated.
