通过理论计算结合煤层柱状图得出了回采工作面上方关键层的位置,为数值模拟及关键层位置的设定提供了参数。采用软件模拟了1202工作面关键层的破断特征,得出了1202工作面初次来压步距为42m左右,同时对同采深、顶板岩性不同工作面关键层破断情况进行数值模拟,当均质度、强度和弹性模量较大时,工作面初次垮落的步距较大,且其裂隙带的高度和影响范围均较大,显然其矿压显现明显。
Through the theoretical calculation combined with the coal seam histogram, the position of the key layer above the mining face is obtained, which provides the parameters for the numerical simulation and the setting of the key layer position. The fracture characteristics of the key layers of 1202 working face were simulated by software. The first step pressure step of 1202 working face was about 42m. At the same time, the numerical simulation of key bed breakage on the same mining face and roof rock working face was carried out. When the quality, strength and elastic modulus are large, the caving step of the first caving face is larger, and the height and the influence range of the caving zone are larger. It is obvious that the mine pressure is obvious.
