用131I去除105例分化好的甲状腺癌(DTC)术后残留甲状腺组织,去除剂量为2.22~5.55GBq.以24小时甲状腺吸131I率<1%和111~185MBq131I显像甲状腺不显影为完全去除的标准.2.22~2.96GBq组一次去除率为63.3%,3.70~5.55GBq组为85.3%,总一次去除率为79.1%.本研究结果表明.女性、去除剂量大、术后残留甲状腺组织少和无甲状腺外功能性转移灶者的去除率较高,反之则较低.去除率与病理类型和年龄无关.建议对所有DTC术后患者均常规进行131I去除治疗,去除剂量以3.70~5.55GBq为宜.
Using 131I to remove 105 cases of well-differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) residual thyroid tissue after surgery to remove the dose of 2.22 ~ 5.55GBq. Thyroid suction at 24 hours 131I rate <1% and 111 ~ 185MBq131I imaging of the thyroid is not developed as a complete removal of the standard. In the 2.22 ~ 2.96GBq group, the primary removal rate was 63.3%, while that in the 3.70 ~ 5.55GBq group was 85.3%. The total primary removal rate was 79.1%. The results of this study show. Females, removal of large doses, postoperative residual thyroid tissue and no extrathyroidal metastatic lesions were higher removal rate, and vice versa. Removal rate and pathological type and age has nothing to do. It is recommended for all patients with DTC routine 131I removal therapy, removal of doses to 3.70 ~ 5.55GBq appropriate.
