企业文化管理模式的出现,是以60年代人们对企业伦理问题的探讨及70年代企业伦理学的形成为基础的。企业伦理是管理理论与现代伦理学的相互渗透的产物,它在寻求企业经济效益与社会效益的平衡中,为企业的各项经营活动提供“应当”的行为标准;企业文化管理模式的出现则表现了现代企业管理的“软化”趋势,就其本质来说,它倡导的是“道德管理”和“伦理控制”。在我国,明确企业的社会责任,创造优秀的企业文化,加强企业伦理建设,对于提高我国企业管理水平,具有十分重要的意义。
