目的研究人性化护理服务在骨科护理中的临床应用及效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年12月收治的骨科患者80例,按不同护理干预措施分为常规护理组和人性化护理组,每组各40例;常规护理组实施常规护理,人性化护理组实施人性化护理干预;比较两组患者的护理满意度及护理整体效果。结果人性化护理组中,满意16例,基本满意21例,不满意3例,护理满意度为92.5%,常规护理组中满意12例,基本满意18例,不满意10例,护理满意度为75.0%,人性化护理组患者的护理满意度显著高于常规护理组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化护理组平均住院时间(10.1±4.4)周,常规护理组平均住院时间(14.5±4.7)周,人性化护理组患者的平均住院时间显著低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科患者实施人性化护理干预,可以有效提高患者的护理满意度,缩短患者住院时间,节约医疗费用,值得在临床广泛使用。
Objective To study the clinical application and effect of humanized nursing service in orthopedic nursing. Methods Eighty patients with orthopedics admitted from March 2014 to December 2016 were divided into routine care group and humanized care group according to different nursing interventions, 40 cases in each group. Conventional nursing group performed routine nursing and humanized nursing Group implemented humanized nursing intervention; compared the two groups of patients satisfaction and nursing care overall effect. Results In the humanized nursing group, there were 16 satisfied patients, 21 basically satisfied patients, 3 unsatisfied patients, 92.5% satisfied patients, 12 satisfied patients in routine nursing group, 18 satisfied patients and 10 unsatisfied patients. The nursing satisfaction was 75.0%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the humane care group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average duration of hospitalization was 10.1 ± 4.4 weeks in the humane care group and 14.5 ± 4.7 weeks in the routine care group, and the average duration of hospitalization in the humane care group was significantly lower than that in the routine care group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing intervention for orthopedic patients can effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing, shorten hospitalization time and save medical expenses, which is worth widely used in clinical practice.
