用低叶酸、胸苷培养基诱导12例白血病患者外周血、并经PHA刺激淋巴细胞脆性部位表达,提示患者淋巴细胞染色体畸变率为20.42%、显著高于正常对照3.30%(P<0.01)。通过原位G显带定位57个脆性位点,其中7个位点与非随机染色体癌断裂点、癌基因位点出现在染色体同一区带内,结果提示脆性部位与白血病之间有一定相关关系
The peripheral blood of 12 patients with leukemia was induced by low folate and thymidine, and the expression of lymphocyte was induced by PHA. The rate of lymphocyte chromosome aberration was 20.42%, which was significantly higher than that of normal control (3.30%, P <0.01). Locating 57 fragile sites by in situ G-banding, of which 7 loci and non-random chromosome cancer breakpoints, oncogenes locus in the same region of chromosome, the results suggest that there is a certain correlation between the fragile parts and leukemia
