模拟河流和湖海等大面积水域本身就是个具有挑战性的问题,尤其是对具有复杂河网的河流的三维仿真。针对具有多个交汇点的复杂河流的仿真,在Hendrickx提出的实时河网渲染的基础上,提出了一种基于Bézier曲线和法向贴图的三维河流仿真改进方法,改用一种快速三角网相交检测方法提高了河流的渲染速度,同时在GPU架构上实现了河水的渲染,显著改进了其效率。
Large areas of water such as rivers and lakes are themselves a challenging issue, especially for 3D simulations of rivers with complex river networks. Aiming at the simulation of complex rivers with multiple intersections, based on the real-time river network rendering proposed by Hendrickx, an improved method of 3D river simulation based on Bézier curves and normal maps is proposed, which is replaced by a fast triangulation The detection method improves river rendering speed and at the same time implements river water rendering on the GPU architecture, significantly improving its efficiency.
