卵巢癌是女性最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,卵巢癌动物模型包括:自发瘤模型、异种移植瘤模型、化学药物诱导肿瘤模型以及基因工程改造模型等。随着基因工程小鼠(GEM)、同基因型肿瘤模型、异种移植瘤模型以及活体动物体内成像技术的应用,使得这一类临床前研究变得更加完善。卵巢癌动物模型的建立有助于更好地探索卵巢癌的本质,探讨卵巢癌的发生、发展规律及探索新的、有效的卵巢癌治疗方案。
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors in women. The ovarian cancer animal models include spontaneous tumor model, xenograft model, chemotherapeutic tumor model and gene engineering model. This type of preclinical research has been made even more sophisticated with the introduction of genetically engineered mice (GEM), islet tumor models, xenograft models, and in vivo imaging of living animals. The establishment of ovarian cancer animal model helps to better explore the nature of ovarian cancer, explore the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and explore new and effective ovarian cancer treatment options.
