目的:研究磁处理水对小鼠肝组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠16 只随机分成实验和对照二组,实验组小鼠自由饮用磁处理水,对照组小鼠饮用自来水,15 天后采用愈创木酚比色法(I法)测定小鼠肝组织中过氧化物酶(POD)活性。结果:经测定,实验组小组肝组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性高于对照组。统计学处理采用t检验,二者差异有显著性(P< 0.005)。结论:上述结果表明,小鼠饮用经一定强度磁场处理的水,经一定时间后其机体清除自由基的能力有显著提高。
Objective: To study the effect of magnetic water treatment on liver peroxidase (POD) activity in mice. Methods: Totally 16 Kunming mice were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The mice in the experimental group were treated with magnetic water, while those in the control group were given tap water. After 15 days, the mice were treated with guaiacol colorimetric method (I method) Peroxidase (POD) activity in liver tissue. Results: The activity of peroxidase (POD) in experimental group was higher than that in control group. Statistical analysis using t test, the difference was significant (P <0.005). Conclusion: The above results show that mice drinking a certain intensity of the magnetic field treated water, after a certain period of time the body’s ability to scavenge free radicals significantly increased.
