There is a fierce academic debate among the three major legal schools, but there is also a tendency of mutual penetration and mutual integration. On this basis, the law integration movement came into being. The thrust of this movement is to work hard to promote the theoretical fusion between the three schools of the law and to establish a unified law. The law integration movement has made some academic achievements, but it also faces severe challenges.
