目的 研究银杏叶总黄酮在体内对缩血管物质活性的影响。方法 用银杏叶的乙醇 (75 % )提取液 (总黄酮含量 0 .5 g/ml)给大鼠腹腔注射 (每日 1 ml/kg体重 ) 4 0 d,取颈静脉血 ,测试血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)、内皮素 (ET)活性及一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化。结果 银杏叶总黄酮体内实验对 ACE无抑制作用 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;对 ET有明显抑制作用 (P<0 .0 2 ) ;NO含量明显降低。结论 银杏叶总黄酮对缩血管物质 ET有明显抑制作用。
Objective To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf flavonoids on vasoconstrictor activity in vivo. Methods Glycopene ethanol (75%) extract (total flavonoid content 0.5g/ml) was intraperitoneally injected (1 ml/kg body weight daily) for 40 days. Cerebral venous blood was collected to test angiotensin. Converting enzyme (ACE), endothelin (ET) activity and nitric oxide (NO) content changes. Results The total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba leaves had no inhibitory effect on ACE in vivo (P>0.05), but it had significant inhibition on ET (P<0. 02). The content of NO was significantly decreased. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaf flavonoids significantly inhibit ET vasoconstrictor substances.
