本文研制的钙离子选择性双管复合微电极尖端直径小至2.5μm,特别适用于活体组织细胞及临床微量试样中钙离子浓度的测定。用该电极测量了人体微量试样中钙离子浓度,并观察了大白鼠及家免心肌组织受激时钙离子活度的动态变化。
The calcium-selective double-tube composite microelectrode developed in this paper has a tip diameter as small as 2.5 μm, which is especially suitable for the determination of calcium concentration in living tissue cells and clinical micro-samples. The electrode was used to measure the concentration of calcium ion in the human trace sample and the dynamic changes of calcium ion activity were observed when the myocardial tissue of rats and rats were stimulated.
