实验以荷瘤Ｓ_１８０小鼠为观察对象，探讨了参连温胆汤对肿瘤化疗药物ＡＤＭ、卡铂、ＤＰＰ、５—Ｆｕ、ＶＣＲ、ＣＴＸ的毒副作用和疗效的影响。结果表明，参连温胆汤与化疗药物合用不仅可延长生存期和抑制肿瘤生长，从而增强了化疗药物的作用，而且还能对抗５种化疗药物所造成的白细胞减少、血小板减少，肝肾功能损害、非特异性免疫抑制（脾、胸腺重量，腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能）和特异性免疫抑制（溶血素、淋转）。
The experiment took tumor-bearing S_180 mice as the object of observation, and explored the effects of Shenlian Wendan Decoction on the side effects and therapeutic effects of tumor chemotherapy drugs ADM, carboplatin, DPP, 5-Fu, VCR and CTX. The results showed that the combination of Shenlian Wendan Decoction and chemotherapeutic drugs can not only prolong survival but also inhibit tumor growth, thereby enhancing the effect of chemotherapeutic drugs, but also counteract leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, liver and kidney function caused by five chemotherapy drugs. Damage, non-specific immunosuppression (spleen, thymus weight, phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages) and specific immunosuppression (hemolysin, leachate).
