目的:观察纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松诱导骨质疏松大鼠股骨生物力学及骨形态的影响。方法:氢化可的松15mg·kg-1肌注,隔日1次连续8周,诱导建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,纳米钙补肾中药每日上午灌胃1次,连续8周后检测股骨生物力学指标及骨形态计量学指标。结果:纳米钙补肾中药组与模型组相比股骨的最大载荷,抗压强度,轴向刚度,水平剪切刚度均明显增高(P<0.01);骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar),骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th),骨小梁数量(Tb.N)显著增加(P<0.01);骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松所致的大鼠骨强度的降低和结构的改变有明显的对抗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of nano-calcium and kidney-tonifying herbs on biomechanics and bone morphology of osteoporotic rats induced by hydrocortisone. Methods: Intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone (15mg·kg-1) was performed once every other day for 8 weeks. The rat model of osteoporosis was induced and the nano-calcium and kidney-invigorating herbs were intragastrically administered once a day. The biomechanics of the femur was measured after 8 weeks. Indicators and bone morphometrics indicators. RESULTS: The maximum load, compressive strength, axial stiffness, and horizontal shear stiffness of the femur were significantly higher in the nano-calcium tonic kidney group than in the model group (P<0.01). Peripheral bone area percentage (%Tb.Ar), Trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) and trabecular number (Tb.N) were significantly increased (P<0.01); Trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Nano-calcium and kidney-tonifying Chinese herbs have obvious antagonistic effects on the reduction of bone strength and structural changes in rats caused by hydrocortisone.
