目的研究人乳头瘤病毒16型E6(human papillomavirus-16 E6 protein,HPV16-E6)蛋白在宫颈病变组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测HPV16-E6蛋白在宫颈正常组织、慢性炎症、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial nioplasia,CIN)、宫颈浸润癌(invasive cervical cancer,ICC)中的阳性表达情况。结果 HPV16-E6在正常宫颈、宫颈炎、CIN、ICC各组中,阳性表达率分别为0.50%、38.35%、46.15%、71.11%,4组比较差异有统计学意义(x~2=27.50,P<0.01)。经x~2分割后比较(α′=0.007 143),ICC组、CIN组、宫颈炎组的阳性率显著高于正常宫颈组。ICC组的阳性率显著高于宫颈炎组。HPV16 E6与年龄、病理类型、宫旁或脉管浸润呈显著性相关(P<0.05)。结论 HPV16-E6与宫颈癌的启动、发生、发展及侵袭转移均密切相关。
Objective To study the expression of human papillomavirus-16 E6 protein (HPV16-E6) in cervical lesions and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the positive expression of HPV16-E6 protein in cervical normal tissue, chronic inflammation, cervical intraepithelial nioplasia (CIN) and invasive cervical cancer (ICC). Results The positive expression rates of HPV16-E6 in normal cervix, cervicitis, CIN and ICC were 0.50%, 38.35%, 46.15% and 71.11% respectively. There was significant difference between the four groups (x 2 = 27.50, P <0.01). The positive rate of ICC group, CIN group and cervicitis group was significantly higher than that of normal cervix group after x ~ 2 segmentation (α ’= 0.007 143). The positive rate of ICC group was significantly higher than that of cervicitis group. HPV16 E6 was significantly associated with age, pathological type, uterine or vascular infiltration (P <0.05). Conclusion HPV16-E6 is closely related to the initiation, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
