合成四种具有不同空间位阻的“栅栏”型铁(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物,并测定它们的载氧性能。在室温条件下,它们在含有咪唑的苯溶液中均有载氧能力。在氧气中,相对稳定时间的顺序为(A)(B)<(C)<(D),此顺序与“栅栏”的空间位阻大小的顺序一致;对(A)、(C)和(D)而言。此顺序也和“栅栏”的酰胺的vN-H大小顺序一样。由此推断,较大的空间位阻和“栅栏”末端具有较强的推电子基团均有利于延长“栅栏”型铁(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物在氧气中的寿命。
Four kinds of “fence” type iron (Ⅱ) porphyrin complexes with different steric hindrance were synthesized and their oxygen carrying capacity was determined. They have an oxygen carrying capacity in benzene solutions containing imidazole at room temperature. In oxygen, the order of relative stability time is (A) (B) <(C) <(D), which is in the same order as the steric hindrance of “fence” D). This order is also the same as the vN-H size of the amide of the “fence”. It can be inferred that larger steric hindrance and strong electron-pushing group at the end of “fence” all contribute to prolonging the life span of “fence” type iron (Ⅱ) porphyrin complexes in oxygen.
