目的 :研究山芪水提物对正常小鼠及高血糖小鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法 :给小鼠尾iv四氧嘧啶 90mg·kg-1,造成高血糖动物模型 (血糖 <14mmol·L-1全血者弃用 ) ,按血糖水平进行分组 ,各组均值之差不超过 1.5mmol;给药后用自动生化分析仪测定血糖及血脂等血液生化指标 ;光镜下观察胰腺组织学变化。结果 :山芪水提物ig 2 0g·kg-1可使正常小鼠血糖降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。给四氧嘧啶小鼠ig 10、2 0g·kg-1,连续治疗 10d ,血糖下降 ,其中 2 0g·kg-1作用明显 (P <0 .0 1)。四氧嘧啶高血糖动物 40d左右血脂升高 ,山芪水提物治疗组血脂不升高 ,血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯都维持在较低水平。光镜下观察小鼠胰腺的组织学变化 :四氧嘧啶组可见胰岛数目减少 ,并有单核细胞浸润 ;而山芪水提物治疗组胰腺组织未见明显变化。结论 :山芪水提物可以降低糖尿病动物血糖和血脂 ,并对四氧嘧啶损伤的胰腺有一定保护作用。
Objective : To study the effects of Hawthorn Aqueous Extract on blood glucose and blood lipid in normal mice and hyperglycemic mice. METHODS: All mice were given iv alloxan (90mg·kg-1), resulting in a hyperglycemic animal model (blood glucose <14mmol·L-1 whole blood was discarded) and grouped according to blood glucose levels. The difference between the mean values of the groups did not exceed 1.5. After administration, blood biochemical indicators such as blood glucose and blood lipids were measured with an automatic biochemical analyzer; histological changes of the pancreas were observed under light microscope. RESULTS: Hawthorn water extract ig 2 0g·kg-1 could reduce blood glucose in normal mice (P<0.05). Alloxan mice were given ig 10, 20g·kg-1 for 10 days after continuous treatment, and blood glucose decreased, of which 20 g·kg-1 had a significant effect (P < 0.01). Alloxan hyperglycemia animals had elevated blood lipids in about 40 days. Hawthorn water extract treatment group did not increase blood lipids, and serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels remained at a low level. Under light microscope, the histological changes of the pancreas of mice were observed: In the alloxan group, the number of pancreatic islets was reduced, and mononuclear cells were infiltrated; however, no obvious changes were observed in the pancreas tissue of the water extract of hawthorn. Conclusion : Hawthorn aqueous extract can reduce blood sugar and blood lipids in diabetic animals and has a protective effect on alloxan-damaged pancreas.
