近年来,动物源性食品重大安全事故频繁发生,成为直接危害食品安全、损害民众生命健康的重大问题。动物源性食品安全问题不能保证,不仅直接导致食源性疾病的发生,损害公众身体健康,而且还将引发社会生产力水平下降,经济效益降低,并最终导致经济发展受阻从而影响国计民生。因此,通过对我国动物源性食品安全现状的调查和了解,探究其中存在的具体问题及其产生的原因,并借鉴发达国家监管体制的先进经验,对改善我国动物源性食安全状况具有重要意义。
In recent years, major accidents involving animal-derived foods have occurred frequently and have become a major issue that directly endangers food safety and harms people’s lives and health. The problem of animal-derived food safety can not be guaranteed. It not only leads directly to the occurrence of food-borne diseases, harms the public’s health, but also causes the decline of social productivity and economic benefits, which eventually hinders economic development and thus affects the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Therefore, through the investigation and understanding of the status quo of animal-derived food safety in our country, it is of great significance to explore the specific problems existing in the food-sourced food safety and its causes and to learn from the advanced experience of the regulatory system in developed countries to improve the status of animal-derived food safety in our country .
