借助电流进行透皮给药 (EATDD)是指利用外加电场加速化合物穿透皮肤的转运过程的主动给药模式 ,包括离子导入、电渗作用、离子流体动力学作用、电穿孔和电参入给药模式。EATDD是肽类和其它亲水性的酸性不稳定或口服不稳定的生物工程产品的有效给药手段 ,目前开发中的 EATDD系统多数采用离子导入技术给药 ,本文将着重讨论这一给药模式。此外 ,对电渗作用和电穿孔给药模式也进行了探讨
Transdermal delivery with electrical current (EATDD) refers to an active drug delivery mode that uses an applied electric field to accelerate the transport process of a compound across the skin including iontophoresis, electroosmosis, ionic fluid dynamics, electroporation, and electrical paramerization mode. EATDD is an effective drug delivery method for peptides and other hydrophilic acidic labile or orally unstable bioengineered products. Most of the currently developed EATDD systems are administered by iontophoresis. This article will focus on this mode of administration . In addition, the modes of electro-osmotic and electroporation administration are also discussed
