三峡电站等工程采用下游坝面钢衬钢筋混凝土管道 ,这种管道型式新颖 ,无规范可依。在运行时管壁混凝土开裂 ,及在温度荷载作用下应力和变形情况如何 ,是这类管道结构中尚未解决的重要问题之一。通过仿真材料模型试验及非线性有限元法 ,对带裂缝的钢衬钢筋混凝土管道在内外温度差作用下的温度应力及变形进行了研究 ,获得了可靠的成果 ,为管道设计提供了重要依据
Three Gorges Power Station and other projects using downstream dam steel-lined reinforced concrete pipe, the pipeline of new, no code to follow. Cracking of concrete at the pipe wall during operation and the stress and deformation under the action of temperature load are one of the unsolved major problems in such pipe structure. Through the simulation of the material model test and the nonlinear finite element method, the temperature stress and deformation of the steel-lined reinforced concrete pipe with cracks under the temperature difference between inside and outside are studied, and reliable results are obtained, which provide an important basis for the pipe design
