1989年10月11日～14日,在山西省忻州市召开了中国卫生经济学会第二届理事会第二次会议暨第四次年会。来自全国28个省、市、自治区和部分军队医院的100余名代表参加了会议。这次年会共征集到论文204篇,到会交流论文38篇,书面交流论文40篇。这次会议以党的十一届四中全会精神为指导,对10年来的卫生改革和卫生经济理论研究进行了回顾和反思。代表分组对怎样评价医院承包制;如何进一步完善卫生防疫事业的补偿机制;如何发挥审计、
On October 11th to 14th, 1989, the second meeting and the fourth annual meeting of the second council of the Chinese Association of Health Economics was held in Luzhou, Shanxi Province. More than 100 representatives from 28 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and some military hospitals across the country attended the meeting. At the annual conference, 204 papers were collected, 38 papers were exchanged, and 40 papers were exchanged in writing. The meeting was guided by the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and reviewed and reconsidered the health reforms and health economic theory research for the past 10 years.
