Objective To monitor the characteristics and regularities of commonly used adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of anti-tuberculosis drugs and to promote rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods A prospective study was conducted to observe the adverse reactions caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 and to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results A total of 78 (9.38%) adverse reactions occurred in this study. The incidence of ADR was related to the gender, age and mode of treatment. The incidence of ADR mainly involved hepatobiliary system (26.92%), skin and its appendages (20.51%), gastrointestinal system 19.23%), etc., occurred in less than 30 days after treatment. Conclusion To ensure the safety of clinical medication, doctors should be familiar with the common adverse reactions of anti-TB drugs, according to the patient’s condition and rational use of drugs, and strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions, try to avoid or reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
