随着信息化的不断发展与普及,钢铁企业要实现跨越式发展,建设具有高素质的职工人才队伍,加强企业思想政治教育是不可或缺的重要手段。在信息化的大背景加强钢铁企业职工的思想政治教育不仅要继承传统,还要与时俱进,要做到思想、形式上的创新,积极开展相应的“目标、任务”主体教育活动,结合钢铁企业的实际情况,创建出良好的思想政治教育氛围。本文就信息化特征下的钢铁企业职工的思想政治教育方式进行了一些探讨。
