我国的“十二五”规划中多次提到了有关劳动报酬的问题,而公务员薪酬制度不但是公务员管理体系的重要组成部分,而且也是人力资源管理研究的一个重要领域。本文根据我国公共部门薪酬制度存在相对水平不合理,区域差距大,体系不健全等问题,借鉴国外相关的薪酬制度,提出构建我国公务员薪酬制度的相关政策建议。
China’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” repeatedly mentioned the issue of labor remuneration, and civil service pay system is not only an important part of civil service management system, but also an important area of human resource management research. According to the unreasonable relative level of the public pay system in our country, the large regional gap and the unsound system, this paper draws lessons from the related foreign pay system and puts forward the relevant policy suggestions to construct the pay system of civil servants in our country.
