慢性肾小球肾炎(简称慢性肾炎)的妇女,妊娠时肾脏负担加重,影响肾脏功能,严重者常危及孕妇及胎儿的生命,故必须引起重视。上海医科大学附属妇产科医院1981年1月1日~1984年12月31日共收治慢性肾炎合并妊娠71例,同期分娩总数为26042例,其发生率为1∶367次分娩。临床资料一、一般资料本组年龄在24~34岁,平均28.3岁。慢性肾炎病程1~10年者43例,占61%;11~20年者21例,占29.5%;大于20年者5例,占7%;病程不清2例,占2.5%;初产妇66例,占93%;经产妇5例,占7%。本组阴道产35例,剖宫产36例,剖宫产率为50.7%。以慢性肾炎为指征行剖宫产术者28例,占80%;头盆不称3例;臀位1例;子宫畸形与阴道横隔各1例;胎盘早剥与前置胎盘各1例。阴道分娩总产程时间在2小时35分~16小时38分,平均9小时11分。合并妊娠高血压综合征有31例,占43.7%,其中轻度5例,中度23例,重度3例。二、孕期实验室检查本组71例中,有26例合并继发性贫血,占36%。

Chronic nephritis indications for cesarean section in 28 cases, accounting for 80%; 3 cases of head basin is not known; breech 1 case; 1 case of uterine malformations and vaginal septum; placental abruption and placenta previa 1 example. Vaginal delivery of total labor time in 2 hours and 35 minutes to 16 hours and 38 minutes, an average of 9 hours 11 minutes. There were 31 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, accounting for 43.7%, of which 5 were mild, 23 moderate and severe in 3 cases.
