中国对于被破坏严重的水泥混凝土路面利用传统的方式进行相应处理的时候,在操作的过程当中,会存在很多方面的问题,例如,效率低以及费用高的缺点,目前,在中国也已经对冲击压实的设备进行破碎的工艺进行了逐渐的采用,并且山东省的公路局近几年也逐渐的引进了MHB类型的水泥混凝土路面碎石化的设备。主要针对两种破碎效果的设备进行了相应的对比,并且也通过了两种工艺破碎之后,表面回弹弯沉以及回弹模量等相关的数据进行测试,以及对两种工艺处理后结构表面的强度的变异性进行了分析。经过实验之后的结果表明,MHB设备对破碎的水泥混凝土路面具有着比较好的强度的均匀性,主要也可以作为新加铺路的基层。
In the course of operation, many problems exist in China, such as the low efficiency and high cost, when the damaged concrete cement pavement is handled in the traditional way. The results after the experiment show that the MHB equipment has good strength uniformity on the broken cement concrete pavement, and can also be used mainly as a new paving base.
