工作分析是人力资源管理中的基础性工作,但在实践中存在种种问题。本文就企业在工作分析中存在的各种问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
Job analysis is a basic work in human resource management, but there are various problems in practice. This article analyzes the various problems existing in the work analysis of enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
