目的 :研究血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)在兔不全梗阻性膀胱中的改变及意义。 方法 :10只成年雄性新西兰白兔不全梗阻性膀胱[1 ,2 ] 为实验组 (分梗阻 3周组及梗阻 6周组 )及 10只同龄雄性新西兰白兔无梗阻性膀胱为对照组(分术后 3周组及术后 6周组 ) ,采用放射免疫分析技术对兔血浆ET 1进行研究。 结果 :实验组血浆ET 1含量较对照组明显升高 ,梗阻 3周组与梗阻 6周组相比无显著差异 ;对照组术后 3周组与术后 6周组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .5 )。 结论 :血浆ET 1的上调与兔膀胱不全梗阻的病理改变有着一定的内在联系 ,并且可作为诊断膀胱出口梗阻的一个重要参数
Objective: To study the changes and clinical significance of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in incomplete obstructive bladder in rabbits. Methods: Ten adult male New Zealand white rabbits with incomplete obstructive bladder [1, 2] were divided into experimental group (obstructive 3 weeks group and obstructive 6 weeks group) and 10 male New Zealand white rabbits without obstruction bladder After 3 weeks and 6 weeks after operation, radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to study the plasma ET 1 in rabbits. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of ET 1 in the experimental group was significantly increased. There was no significant difference between the 3-week obstruction group and the 6-week obstructive group. There was no significant difference between the 3-week postoperative group and the 6-week postoperative group (P > 0 .5). CONCLUSION: The up-regulation of plasma ET 1 is intrinsically linked to the pathological changes of bladder insufficiency in rabbits and may be used as an important parameter in the diagnosis of bladder outlet obstruction
