这是第一次全国性大型的渗流问题的学术讨论会。参加大会的有全国28个省、市、自治区水利水电系统的勘测设计、施工、工程管理、科研、教学、出版等单位的代表共197人,我院有五位同志出席了这次大会。会议上交流的论文有107篇,其中我院有四篇论文。大会由中国水利学会副理事长、岩土力学专业委员会主任委员、中国科学院学部委员、清华大学教授黄文熙同志致开幕词。他指出:“这样的全国性的大型渗流学术讨论会,在全国还是第一次。各方面的专家和科技人员济济一堂,交流和讨论有关岩土渗流和渗流控制方面的科研成 This is the first large-scale symposium on seepage problems in the country. A total of 197 representatives from surveying, designing, construction, project management, scientific research, teaching and publishing units of water conservancy and hydropower systems in 28 provinces, cities and autonomous regions attended the conference. Five of our institutes attended the conference. There were 107 papers exchanged at the conference, of which there were 4 papers in our hospital. The conference was opened by Vice Chairman of China Hydraulics Society, chairman of the committee of geotechnical mechanics, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor Huang Wenxi from Tsinghua University.
