基于工作过程导向的专业课程体系建设,实质上是把职业能力要求作为课程改革的基点,认真分析职业能力对从业人员在能力、素质及岗位对人才培养规格等方面的要求,并据此结合实际工作合理调整课程结构和课程设置,进行相应的课程内容开发,以期培养面向生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的实用型人才,实现职业教育的人才培养目标。
