为探讨内皮素(ET)在川崎病(KD)冠状动脉损害(CAL)及心肌运动功能中的作用,采用放射免疫法和多普勒组织成像(DTI)技术对33例KD患儿进行血浆ET浓度测定,并对其中20例进行心脏室壁运动速度检测。结果显示KD患儿急性期血浆ET浓度高于正常对照组,且与CAL程度呈正相关;而心脏室壁运动速度则低于正常对照组,与血浆ET浓度呈负相关。恢复期KD组血浆ET浓度、室壁运动速度与正常对照组无显著性差异。提示ET参与KD的病理生理过程,可能是影响心肌运动功能异常的重要因素之一。
To investigate the role of endothelin (ET) in coronary artery lesions (CAL) and myocardial function in patients with KD, radioimmunoassay (DIA) and Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) Concentration was measured, and 20 cases of heart ventricular wall motion speed detection. The results showed that the plasma levels of ET in acute KD children were higher than those in normal controls and positively correlated with the degree of CAL. The velocity of ventricular wall was lower than that in normal controls and negatively correlated with plasma ET. Convalescent KD group, plasma ET concentration, wall velocity and no significant difference between the normal control group. Suggesting that ET involved in the pathophysiological process of KD may be one of the important factors affecting abnormal myocardial motor function.
