久盼有一本“中国名茶志”的书出版,能使茶叶爱好者博览祖国的名茶,从学习中进行探讨,有所发明创造。《中国名茶志》的作者,以文字记载的形式,记述了祖国历史悠久的名茶,这是难能可贵的。然而,历史在前进,科学在发展,完整而精确地建立起茶叶内的有关学科,是时代赋于我们茶业工作者的责任。基于这一点,《名茶志》的作者在茶叶分类问题上,却给人们一种模糊不清的感觉。为此,我想谈点个人看法。
For a long time, there is a book entitled “China Famous Tea Magazine” published, enabling tea lovers to visit the famous tea in the motherland, from the study to explore, have some invention. It is commendable that the author of “Famous Tea of China” recorded the long history of famous tea in the motherland in the form of written records. However, history is advancing, science is developing, and complete and accurate establishment of relevant disciplines in tea is the responsibility of the tea industry workers entrusted to us by the times. Based on this, the author of “Famous Tea” gives people a vague feeling in the classification of tea. To this end, I would like to talk about personal opinion.
