胜利油田是以油气勘探开发为主的国有大型企业,油田社区成立于1997年,是由原后勤单位组建而成,有着企业办社会职能性质。自社区成立至今,经过近16年的发展,胜利油田现有9个社区,职工近3万人,主要担负着小区物业管理、学前教育、社区医院和治安保卫等服务性工作。近年来,随着小区居住规模的不断扩大,人们生活水平的不断提高,居民对社区服务质量和水平提出了更高要求。而服务于生产一线的技能操作人员的素质直接影响着社区的服务水平。因此,提高技能操作人员的综合素质成为社区培训的重要任务。本文以胜南社区为例,结合以往社区职工培训工作中面临的问题,从畅通人才发展通道、加强培训过程管理、以赛促练、师带徒到创新培训等几方面,就如何做好社区技能操作人员的培训工作提出几点看法。

It mainly undertakes such service work as residential property management, pre-school education, community hospital and public security. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of residential living scale, people’s living standards continue to increase, residents of community service quality and level set higher requirements. And the quality of service operators serving the production front-line directly affects the service level of the community. Therefore, improving the overall quality of skilled operators has become an important task of community training. This article takes the community of Shengnan as an example, combining with the problems faced by the past community staff training, from unobstructed access to talent development, strengthening the management of training process, Skilled operator training to make a few comments.
