叶圣陶先生曾指出:教师之为教,不在全盘授与,而在相机诱导。“必令学生运其才智,勤其练习”。这句话反映了教师教学过程中诱导的作用,其实在教学中往往老师讲大半天,学生却吸收不多。再讲的多了,学生便感到烦,久而久之,学生对你的教学不认可,不感兴趣,师生都累。此时,假如我们把一些知识放在“诱导”上,让学生对“已知”产生疑问,对“未知”发生兴趣,乐于探索,自然师生都轻松多了。一、抓住势头进行诱导教与学本身是相辅相成的,离开教师引导,学生的学习往往会产生盲目性,乃至陷入误区。教师如果主张“满堂灌”陋习,学生就会失去主动性,不能挖掘出深的潜能,更失去了创新的机会。叶圣陶指出:“能引导学生自己动
