目的 为了探讨中医治则和方剂组成与治疗湿疹有关的实验药效学作用之间的关系。方法 利用小鼠二硝基氟苯变应性接触性皮炎动物模型 ,以具有抑制Ⅳ型变态反应的中药 ,组成 4个不同的复方 ,进行动物实验。结果 兼有凉血活血、清热祛风、利湿多种功效的Ⅲ方 (赤芍、栀子、荆芥、浮萍、茯苓 )作用最好 ,并显示诱发皮炎后小鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽降低 ,投与中药可对此具有上调的作用。结论 按中医理法选用具有抑制Ⅳ型变态反应的中药组方可在临床中进行验证
Objective To explore the relationship between the rule of Chinese medicine and the composition of prescriptions and the experimental pharmacodynamic effects associated with the treatment of eczema. Methods Animal models of allergic contact dermatitis with mouse dinitrofluorobenzene were used, and traditional Chinese medicines with type IV allergic inhibition were used to form four different compounds for animal experiments. The results showed that the side effects of cooling and blood circulation, heat-clearing wind, and dampness were the best and the effects of radix astragali, medlar, nepeta, duckweed, and coriander were the best. The results showed that the plasma calcitonin gene was induced in mice induced by dermatitis. Relevant peptides decreased, and administration of Chinese herbs may have an up-regulation effect. Conclusion According to Chinese medicine theory, Chinese medicine group with inhibition of type IV allergy can be used to verify in clinical practice.
