目的:探讨应激状态对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质系统的影响。方法:期末考试作为应激源,对某大学54名新生进行共两天[考试前两周(放松期)和考试前一天(紧张期)],每天3次(醒后立即,醒后30分钟,醒后60分钟)唾液收集及皮质醇测定,并通过问卷评价睡眠情况和焦虑状态,对比前后两天各指标的差异。结果:30名新生完成前后两次问卷调查和6次唾液皮质醇测定。放松期和紧张期均能观察到皮质醇觉醒反应,醒后30分钟紧张期皮质醇浓度较放松期明显升高(t=2.24,P<0.05),紧张期皮质醇觉醒反应曲线上升和下降比放松期变化更明显。两次的睡眠质量和焦虑状态未见明显差异。结论:紧张期早晨皮质醇分泌较放松期增加,考试应激对唾液皮质醇的分泌有一定的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of stress on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system. METHODS: The final exam was used as a stressor for 54 freshmen at a university for two days [two weeks before the exam (relaxation) and one day before the examination (stress)], three times a day (immediately after waking, 30 minutes after waking up , 60 minutes after waking) saliva collection and cortisol determination, and by questionnaire evaluation of sleep conditions and anxiety state, comparing the difference between the two indicators before and after. Results: There were two questionnaires and six saliva cortisol tests before and after the completion of 30 freshmen. Cortisol wake-up was observed in both relaxation and stress periods, and the cortisol concentration in tension at 30 min after waking was significantly higher than that in relaxation (t = 2.24, P <0.05). The ascending and descending rates of cortisol awakening response curve Relaxation changes more pronounced. There was no significant difference between sleep quality and anxiety state twice. CONCLUSION: Cortisol secretion increased more during relaxation period in stressful period, and test stress had a certain influence on salivary cortisol secretion.
