本文以教育公平理论为基础,以全纳教育理念为指导准则,从地方高职教育资源充分为社会发展服务的观点出发,探讨在地方高职院校针对残疾适龄青年开展全纳教育的价值与策略。整合利用地方高职教育资源开展全纳教育,可以有效地将地方高职教育资源介入特教职业教育,在资源共享的同时创新我国地方高职院校实施“全纳教育”的方式。
Based on the theory of fair education and the guiding principle of inclusive education, this paper discusses the value and countermeasure of inclusive education for disabled middle-aged youth in local higher vocational colleges from the perspective of local higher vocational education resources for social development. Strategy. Integrating and utilizing local higher vocational education resources to carry out inclusive education can effectively involve local higher vocational education resources in special education and vocational education, and innovate the way of implementing “inclusive education” in local higher vocational colleges in our country while sharing resources.
