蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗AMI的有利作用已有众多报告,也有作者经动物实验或临床观察证明静滴硝酸甘油能改善左室功能,缩小缺血损伤范围;最近袁氏报告蝮蛇抗栓酶联合静滴硝酸甘油较单用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗AMI疗效更好。本文总结1990年元月～1992年元月AMI45例,其中23例采用蝮蛇抗栓酶联合静滴硝酸甘油治疗,现将治疗结果总结如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 研究对象 本文病例均系1990年元月～1992年元月根据病史、典型心电图或心肌酶学变化确诊为AMI患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组。
