20多年来,人力资源管理不断地在发展中前进,尽管有许多的先进理论和手段出现,但要成为有效用的工具,必须与企业的实际相结合,形成企业独特的竞争优势,真正做到“以企业为根本,以人才为中心”。本文详细地分析了传统企业人力资源管理存在的问题,并对新经济时代企业人力资源管理面临的挑战以及企业人力资源管理模式的变革进行了探讨。
For more than 20 years, human resource management has been continuously advancing in its development. Although there are many advanced theories and means to emerge, effective tools must be combined with the reality of the enterprise to form a unique competitive advantage for the enterprise. “To the enterprise as a fundamental, talent as the center ”. This article analyzes in detail the existing problems of human resources management in traditional enterprises and discusses the challenges that human resources management faces in the new economic era as well as the changes of human resources management mode in enterprises.
