教务工作是学校教学管理中的一个重要组成部分,内容是辅助教师教学和学生学习,教务工作既重要又繁杂,加之服务对象的特殊性,如何有效提升教务质量具有重要的实践意义。本文以电子科技大学成都学院图形艺术系的教务工作为例,通过思考和提炼,阐述了教务科的服务主体定位和服务对象,从服务对象的特点出发,提出改善服务质量的方法,在此基础上根据服务的内容建立了教务服务质量评价模型,对比实践前后的服务质量评分,找到服务的不足之处,进而不断改进服务质量。
Educational work is an important part of school teaching management. Its content is to assist teachers and students to learn. Educational work is both important and complicated. In addition to the particularity of service targets, it is of important practical significance to effectively improve the quality of educational affairs. Based on the educational affairs of Graphic Arts Department of Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, this paper elaborates the subject and object of service of the Academic Affairs Section through thinking and refinement. Based on the characteristics of the service object, this article proposes a method to improve the service quality. Based on this, On the basis of the service content, a service quality evaluation model was established to compare the service quality scores before and after practice, to find the shortcomings of the service, and then to continuously improve the service quality.
