目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者对血液捐献的认识和感受,分析不同层面的献血人群对献血感知的心态特征,为完善我们宣传、招募、服务等无偿献血工作提供有力和科学的数据支持。方法采用问卷调查设计,对献血人群按性别、年龄、婚姻、献血时间、是否吃饭、献血次数和了解渠道进行分层,就献血者所认为和感受的血液捐献对他们的益处和不愉快之处进行单项或多项选择,当场填写并回收。结果在规定时间内收回有效问卷1 114份。就血液捐献益处,选项频次排列顺序前8项为:3,1,6,1+6,3+4,2+3,1+3,2+3+4。血液捐献令人不愉快之处前5项为:3,3+6,7,6、4。就不同层面的献血人群对这些问题的回答分析,是否吃饭对在血液捐献益处和不愉快之处的选择上以及献血时间对在后者的选择上P>0.05。其它均P<0.01。结论根据不同层面的献血群体对血液捐献的感知和认识差异,深入他们的内心需求,及时调整我们的献血服务、宣传工作,保证献血者身心健康。
Objective To understand the cognition and feeling of blood donation in Handan blood donors, to analyze the psychology characteristics of blood donation in different levels and to provide powerful and scientific data support for our blood donation work such as propaganda, recruitment and service. Methods Questionnaire design was used to stratify the blood donation groups by gender, age, marriage, blood donation time, meal time, blood donation times and channels of understanding. The blood donors’ beliefs and feelings of blood donation were evaluated for their benefits and unpleasantness Single or multiple choices, fill in and recycle on the spot. As a result, 1 114 valid questionnaires were returned within the stipulated time. On the benefits of blood donation, the first eight options are: 3,1,6,1 + 6,3 + 4,2 + 3,1 + 3,2 + 3 + 4. Unpleasant blood donation before the five items: 3,3 +6,7,6,4. Responses to these questions from blood donors at different levels analyzed whether eating on the options for the benefits and displeasure of blood donations and the timing of blood donations for the latter were> 0.05. Other P <0.01. Conclusion According to the different levels of blood donation groups on blood donation awareness and understanding of differences, their inner needs, depth, and timely adjustment of our blood donation services, advocacy efforts to ensure that blood donors physical and mental health.
