采用ANSYS Workbench对回转支承进行了有限元分析,获得了回转支承加载后内圈表面的轴向应变分布,并与实验结果进行了对比,两者变化趋势一致。通过修改模型,对回转支承发生故障后的状态进行了模拟,分析了故障前后内圈表面的应变变化,探讨了通过监测内圈表面应变对回转支承进行故障诊断的方法。“,”The finite element analysis of slew bearing based on ANSYS Workbench is carried out. The axial strain distribution of inner ring surface under static loading is obtained. The computational results of the trends of strain variation are in good agreement with the experiment. The fault state of slew bearing is simulated by modifying the model. The strain variation of inner ring surface before and after fault is analyzed, and the fault diagnosis method of slew bearing with strain monitoring of inner ring surface is discussed.
