Language and culture are interdependent. Learning the language must understand the culture reflected in the language, and understanding the culture also requires understanding the language that supports the culture. Therefore, the communicative competence to be cultivated in the second language teaching is actually a kind of intercultural communicative competence. The process of the learner learning the target language is essentially the process of crossing one’s own mother culture and learning another culture, Therefore, the second language teaching courses need to be placed in cultural elements. However, the categories and contents of cultural elements placed in teaching Chinese as a foreign language are not the same all over the world. Not only do you have to be different at home and abroad, but also different cultures in different regions. To sum up: In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in overseas non-Han culture regions, we should make the most of their priorities and grasp the priorities of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary while accumulating the common and contrasting elements of knowledge and culture required for intercultural language communication. The party has mastered the cultural elements of Chinese language and the communicative skills of mature Chinese language. Therefore, it can even be said that the cultural factors in Chinese language serve language teaching. Cultural factors also need to be gradually promoted from common knowledge culture to comparative knowledge culture, and then to communicative culture. That is, cultural factors need to transition their mother tongue and purpose. Different culture process.
