针对带式输送机输送带跑偏这种非正常工况下的头架受力情况,利用SolidWorks软件对其进行实体建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析,得出其非对称应力和位移云图。分析结果表明,头架材料存在一定的浪费现象。
Aiming at the problem of the head frame under the abnormal working condition of belt conveyer belt running deviation, solid modeling was carried out by using SolidWorks software and the finite element analysis was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software to obtain the asymmetric stress and Displacement cloud image. The results show that there is a certain waste of headstock materials.
