中国制造糖果已有3000年的历史。关于糖蜜,据记载在公元前300年左右就已经制造出来了。随着现代技术的进展及新型装置的引进,中国的制糖果工业迅速地进步了。中国已制出了饴糖球、果子冻、口香糖等各种糖果,且适应高消费者的需求,生产发展很快。具有中国独特风味的糖果有花生夹心糖、芝麻夹心糖、果汁软糖和牛轧糖等。全中国的糖果年产量达70~80万吨,小城市主要生产饴糖球,大城市主要生产高级糖果。最大的糖果制造厂是北京的义利食品厂及上海的第一食品厂,各自年产2万吨糖果,另外还有二、三个年产1万吨的工厂。生产出的糖果装在塑料袋或纸盒内,主要在产地附近销售,但也有一部分行销全国,并主要向东南亚出口。各产品有上海益民食品厂的白兔太
Made in China for 3,000 years. About molasses, it was recorded that it was manufactured around 300 BC. With the advancement of modern technology and the introduction of new devices, China’s candy making industry has rapidly advanced. China has produced candy balls, jellies, chewing gums and other kinds of candy, and it has adapted to the needs of high consumers. Production has developed rapidly. The candy with Chinese unique flavor is peanut candy, sesame sandwich candy, marshmallow and nougat. The annual output of candy in China reaches 700,000 to 800,000 tons. Small cities mainly produce tiramisu balls, and big cities mainly produce high-grade candy. The biggest confectionery factories are Beijing Yili Food Factory and Shanghai’s first food factory, each producing 20,000 tons of candy each year, and another two or three factories with an annual output of 10,000 tons. The produced confectionery is packed in plastic bags or cartons and is mainly sold near the place of production. However, some of it is sold nationwide and it is mainly exported to Southeast Asia.
