在密封件生产中,大部分是手工劳动和增加成本的两个主要工序:1、硫化;2、检验。本文介绍一种新型的自动化系统,应用这个系统能够完成这些工序。已制造一种称作“快速模制机”的专用设备,用于硫化工序。它的基本部分是一台14模站的旋转注压机,适用于加工丁腈、丙烯酸酯、硅和氟等橡胶。密封件的检验是用一台电子机械装置进行的,这台装置自动检验内径和外径、偏心距、唇部压力和弹簧是否存在。用一台电气仪表检验尺寸,用装弹簧的可分离心轴检验唇部压力和用一个磁敏感元件检验弹簧是否存在。
In the production of seals, most of the two major processes are manual labor and increased costs: 1. Sulfurization; 2. Inspection. This article describes a new type of automation system that can be used to complete these processes. A special device called “Quick Molding Machine” has been manufactured for the vulcanization process. Its basic part is a 14-station rotary injection press suitable for processing rubber such as nitrile, acrylate, silicon and fluorine. The seal is inspected with an electromechanical device that automatically verifies the inner and outer diameters, the eccentricity, the lip pressure, and the presence of the spring. An electrical instrument is used to inspect dimensions, a spring-loaded separable mandrel is used to inspect the lip pressure and a magnetically sensitive element is used to verify the presence of the spring.
