感谢对拙作的关心。不同学术观点的正常讨论是好事。对鲍文所提出的两个问题,即不存在充分条件与最优解,提出本人的看法。1)拙作全部是讨论在指定频率ω下如何实现对角优势的问题。对单一频率进行研究的原因在于:1°工程问题常为有限带宽,而不是ω∈[0,∞)。2°由于连续性,在某一频率实现对角优势,在相邻频段内也有对角优势。3°许多实际问题仅需在一频率点进行补偿即可。当一频率点补偿达不到要求时,分别在高频段、中频段、低频段各取一点进行补偿
