通过美国UNIVERSAL公司生产的“MERAC”等速肌力测试系统和芬兰生产的HUR测力台分别对15名武术专业运动员膝关节肌肉力量以及CMJ纵跳高度进行测试分析,对膝关节伸肌最大肌力、快速肌力、快/慢速最大做功功率分别与运动员纵跳高度作相关分析.结果表明,武术运动员膝关节伸肌力量与运动员纵跳高度呈低度相关.在对竞技武术运动员进行起跳高度训练时,影响起跳高度的不是单一方面的,不能只强调膝关节的肌肉力量训练,还应注重下肢多关节力量训练,协调发力训练.
Through the “MERAC” isokinetic test system produced by UNIVERSAL Company in the United States and the HUR test station produced in Finland, the knee joint muscle strength and CMJ vertical jump height of 15 Wushu professional athletes were tested and analyzed respectively.
