超轻板太阳阵是一种混合式扁平折叠的先进太阳阵。它由国际通信卫星组织发起,MBB 公司和 AEG 公司所研制。超轻板太阳阵设计适用于装有太阳定向太阳阵、功率要求为1~10千瓦的三轴稳定卫星。其模块式方案很容易适应所规定的每一种功率。该太阳阵由许多相同的太阳板组成,每块太阳板的尺寸为1×3米~2,由一个刚性碳纤维框架和一个预张紧的带太阳电池的基板组成。该太阳阵成功地经受了振动和噪声环境试验,且在室温和高低温下,可在真空中完全展开,从而证明它作为空间应用来说是合格的。
The ultra-light solar array is a hybrid advanced solar array flat folding. It was initiated by Intelsat, developed by MBB and AEG. The ultra-light solar array is designed for three-axis stable satellites with a solar-oriented solar array and a power requirement of 1 to 10 kW. Its modular scheme easily adapts to each of the specified power levels. The solar array consists of many identical solar panels, each with a size of 1 x 3 m 2 and consisting of a rigid carbon fiber frame and a pre-tensioned solar cell substrate. The Sun Array successfully underwent vibration and noise environmental tests, and at room temperature and high temperature can be fully expanded in a vacuum to prove that it is qualified as a space application.
