目的了解驻京郊某部营区蚊虫种群构成和密度情况,探索新型蚊虫采集手段。方法采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯诱捕法,同时以帐诱法进行比较。结果二氧化碳诱蚊灯共捕获成蚊676只,分为2属2种,其中淡色库蚊占95.71%,白纹伊蚊占4.29%;淡色库蚊主要于前半夜捕自工作区和小树林,白纹伊蚊主要于凌晨捕自生活区和小树林。帐诱法共捕获蚊虫178只(仅2h),淡色库蚊占83.70%,白纹伊蚊占16.30%。结论初步摸清了驻京郊某部营区蚊虫种类构成及密度情况,同时表明二氧化碳诱蚊灯可以作为蚊虫预警的可靠手段。
Objective To understand the population composition and density of mosquitoes in a certain barracks area in the suburbs of Beijing and to explore new means of collecting mosquitoes. Methods Carbon dioxide mosquito trap method was used, and compared with the account-induced method. Results A total of 676 adult mosquitoes were captured by CO 2 -based mosquito lamps. They were divided into 2 genera and 2 species, of which 95.71% were Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus accounted for 4.29%. Culex pipiens pallens were mainly caught in work area and grove before midnight, Aedes albopictus catches life and groves mainly in the early morning. In total, 178 mosquitoes (only 2 h) were captured by the tentative trap method, Culex pipiens pallens accounted for 83.70% and Aedes albopictus accounted for 16.30%. Conclusions The species composition and density of mosquitoes in a certain barracks area in the suburbs of Beijing were initially determined. At the same time, it was indicated that the carbon dioxide trap can be used as a reliable means of early warning of mosquitoes.
